Form and Function
It is my understanding that people come into our lives for different reasons. Some meet our personal agendas,some have agendas of their own,and yet others just are.

All are teachers.

Some come about more than once,others are one time only guests. Those that reappear are a lesson in form and function,that somehow we are blocking.

Perhaps it is fear? or a feeling of lack? or it is a reflection for the love we feel for Self.

In times of stress, I become absent-minded. I meditate less instead of more. I feel frustration boiling up in my neck,I become quick to judge. I find my ability to resist salty,sweet overly processed junk almost nil.I cease to drink,or rather forget to. And to top this list off,I feel disconnected from everything,but especially my spiritual body. Though my heart knows I am not.

Hokey Pokey
You put your right hand in,
