Realizing, that often times the emotions you feel are not your own, is not easy, but once you learn to filter that, it is a wonderful gift. Feeling others pain and anxiety is difficult. Keep yourself grounded, know who and what you are and surround yourself with good energy when you can. We are only given gifts that we can handle. You will manage this one with beauty and grace.
