Comment by Johanna on March 30, 2009 at 1:38pm: Namaste, I have been practicing Reiki for just over 15 years and have found that I could not just do Reiki. The practice developed into more on it's own as my psychic abilities developed and grew. I began to see in my mind's eye my clients master guide and other entities who were present to assist their person. Eventually I began to receive names, view past lives and receive pertinent information for my client during the session. I also started incorporating vortex cards from a Body Alignment course with some clients which really raised the energy of a session. I have definitely found that Reiki is the foundation that I have been able to build on to help clients in many different ways. I still have to get out of the way and be an observer and let Reiki happen as it should, but I definitely feel it can be used with many different modalities.
I'm interested to know what others are doing.
