Focus of this forum.

I believe there are a number of misconceptions about chakra properties; that is to say their functions and elements which are worthy of discussion and exploration.

here is also a place to share techniques for cleansing and activation of chakras, visualizations, meditations, daily practices etc.

Another aspect of this group is the exploration of 'higher' chakras and their purpose. We are aware of the seven chakras but there are more. Gathering information on the higher and other chakras will I hope form a valuable resource for Reiki practitioners

Some topics for members to research and offer contributions to the group are:

Yoga or other postures that help to stimulate different chakras.
Planets associated with each chakra.
Zodiac signs associated with each chakra.
Colours of chakras other than the familiar seven.
Symbols for each chakra.

Please don't copy and paste tones of web site information, just summerise your findings with any other thoughts you may have on what you find.
